ABOUT ATMOS
Building What Renewable Energy Needs Next
Canadian renewable-energy experience focused on decommissioning, recycling, material recovery and keeping valuable materials in circulation.
Renewable Energy Needs End-of-Life Infrastructure Too
The transition to renewable energy does not end when an asset stops generating power.
Eventually, infrastructure needs to be removed. Sites need to transition. Materials need somewhere to go.
ATMOS is focused on that next stage.
We connect renewable-energy decommissioning with recycling, material recovery and emerging reuse pathways to help build a more circular approach to end-of-life infrastructure.
Our Mission
To keep renewable-energy materials in circulation by connecting responsible decommissioning with recycling, material recovery and productive reuse.
Our Vision
A circular renewable-energy economy where end-of-life infrastructure becomes a material resource for what comes next.
Connect the Field to the Material Stream
ATMOS approaches end-of-life infrastructure from both sides.
We understand that successful decommissioning requires field execution, logistics and site management.
We also understand that removing an asset does not answer what happens to the material.
That is why the ATMOS model connects:
DECOMMISSION → TRACK → RECYCLE → RECOVER → REUSE

DAVE SMITH — CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Dave brings 24 years of electrical and instrumentation construction experience across industrial and energy sectors.
His experience contributes an operations and field-execution perspective to ATMOS’s decommissioning and recycling model.
LUTICIA MILLER — CHIEF STRATEGY OFFICER
Luticia brings more than 20 years of experience spanning industrial construction, renewable energy and Indigenous economic development.
Her experience supports ATMOS’s strategic development and its approach to partnerships within Canada’s evolving renewable-energy and circular-economy sectors.
JACK CRISTALL — CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Jack is a CPA, CA and CFA with expertise spanning financial strategy, capital planning, procurement financing, investment strategy and long-term commercial planning.
His experience supports the financial and commercial planning required as ATMOS develops renewable-energy recycling and circular-material pathways.
Build the Capability. Prove the Model. Scale With Purpose.
ATMOS is focused on building practical decommissioning, recycling and material-recovery pathways for Canada’s renewable-energy sector.
The objective is not growth for its own sake.
It is to develop capabilities and commercial pathways that can support a more circular renewable-energy economy.
