Let’s Talk About What Comes Next
Have renewable assets to decommission, materials to recover or an opportunity to build something together? Start here.
Every project starts with a different challenge.
Tell ATMOS what you’re working on and we’ll determine the appropriate next step.
Tell Us About Your Project
Useful starting information includes:
- What type of asset or material is involved?
- Where is it located?
- Approximately how much is there?
- What is the current condition?
- When does it need to move?
- Does the project include decommissioning or reclamation?
You do not need every answer before contacting ATMOS.
Start with what you know.
Temporary Privacy Notice
ATMOS Group collects the information you submit here—including your name, company or organization, email address, optional phone, project location, the help you are seeking, asset or material type, estimated quantity, project timing, project description, and any file you choose to attach—to review and respond to your inquiry. Please do not include sensitive or unrelated personal information.
Inquiry records are stored in the site’s WordPress administration. Attachments are stored in a separate folder outside the public website files; a production upload test succeeded. Email notifications are sent to info@atmosgroup.ca through Brevo, and the mailbox is provided by Microsoft 365. FluentSMTP email logs are set to be retained for up to 14 days. The website is hosted by SiteGround. ATMOS has not confirmed the countries where these providers process or store information.
We review inquiries monthly. If there has been no meaningful contact for 12 months, and no active project, contract need, or legal hold applies, the inquiry and attachment are deleted. Brendan handles deletion of matching notification-email copies. Routine provider backups may retain copies until their normal expiry. Questions or requests about personal information may be sent to info@atmosgroup.ca.
This is a temporary notice, not a complete privacy policy or a legal determination.
